Designs of foundations for cubature objects
We design indirect foundations or soil reinforcement for foundations of buildings and industrial facilities located in complex soil and water conditions, including residential building protection projects in landslide-prone and landslide-prone areas. We have the knowledge and experience to design commercially available soil reinforcement techniques or traditional piling under foundations of buildings and industrial facilities. Design analyses are performed using industry-leading software.

- Stability analyses: block methods (Talren, GGU Stability, GEO5) and Plaxis 2D/3D.
- Solutions: layered retaining structures with drainage backfill, openwork reinforced concrete grids anchored to the slope, retaining palisades with caps, buttresses (gabions, stabilized soils), slab and subsurface drainage, overhanging structures over active landslides.
- Author's supervision and inclinometric monitoring.
